A. No, our database is not online. We provide a tailored search according to your requirements.

Q. What geographical areas does the database cover?
A. The English-speaking world. Mostly UK and USA with expanding coverage into Canada, Australia, New Zealand and South Africa. Due to our strategic alliance with Ebiquity (formerly Xtreme Information) we also have access to an archive of advertising creative which spans over 70 countries and holds over 15 million records. An alliance with Souslelogo provides access to records from French speaking countries.

Q. What brand categories does the database cover?
A. The database has 23 main categories (e.g. 'foods', 'drinks/alcoholic', 'financial') and hundreds of sub-categories (e.g. pizza, yoghurt, vodka, gin, beer, banks, credit cards, insurance).

Q. How much does a search cost?
A. Search fees typically start at £250 plus VAT depending on the number of lines and complexity of the search, which can cover our own database, the web and various trademark registries, as required. We can invoice in Euros or US dollars as requested. Prices charged will be dependent on the current exchange rate. Click specific services below for details.

Q. How do I pay for a search?
Clients must support their request with a purchase order or job number where applicable. Our invoice is issued via email upon client's receipt of the report. Payments should be made within ten days by UK cheque, or direct bank transfer.

Q. Must I subscribe to your service?
A. No. Searches are carried out on ad hoc basis. Ongoing and repetitive searches for a specific client/project are discounted according to volume.

Q. How long to get a report?
A. There are differing delivery options for each report:

LineCheck - Standard - (within 24 hours) or Premium (same day if requested before 10.00am)

WordCheck - Standard - (within 24 hours)

BizCheck - Standard - (within 48 hours)
