Can I search the database online?

A. No, the database is not online. We do the search according to your requirements.

How can I register my new slogan in your database?

A. Go here to  use our slogan registration form. You can register up to five lines at once. Note: the slogan must have already run to be accepted for the register.

What geographical areas does the database cover?

A. The English-speaking world. Mostly UK (45%) and USA (45%) with expanding coverage into Canada, India and Australia.

What brand categories does the database cover?

A. The database has 55 main categories (e.g. 'foods', 'drinks- alcoholic', 'financial') and hundreds of sub-categories (e.g. pizza, yoghurt, vodka, gin, sherry, banks, credit cards, insurance).

How much does a search cost?

A. Search fees typically start at £250 (US$500, Euros€400) depending on number of lines and complexity of the search, which can cover our own database, the web and various trademark registries, as required. Extra charges are incurred for premium delivery (see How long to get a report? below). Click specific services below for details.

How do I pay for a search?

A. New clients must support their request with a faxed purchase order. Our bill accompanies the report which is sent by fax. Payments should be made within ten days by UK cheque, or direct bank transfer if paying from outside the UK. Payments can also be made with your credit card via PayPal.

Must I subscribe to your service?

A. No. Searches are carried out on ad hoc basis. Ongoing and repetitive searches for a specific client/project are discounted according to volume.

How long to get a report?

A.
There are two delivery options:
Normal: Overnight, with report in your email by noon local time the following day. (PosCheck by noon the second day following).
Premium: Email report within 4 hours of request.
